Thanks to many years of experience, outstanding contacts and our good reputation with our customers and strategic partners, ISOTRONIC offers established product and market knowledge. We not only concentrate on our own developments, but are happy to help you modify your personal product ideas. We accompany and manage progressive ideas from the very beginning all the way to serial production. Our sourcing is by no means limited to the simple search to find suppliers for the desired products. In addition to preparing the offer according to your specifications, it also encompasses the status quo in regards to compliance with the applicable standards. An analysis paper provides insights about the current and target states. We are happy to manage corresponding measures to design marketable products. The world needs “new” products.

Production Setup / Production Management

Selecting “suitable” production sites is often time-consuming. We place great emphasis on developing solutions that convince our customers, quickly and without complications through effective and well-structured management. “Lean management” and well-founded technical expertise are key! Does that sound complicated? The results sound simple: competitive prices, high quality! Without controlling all production processes, the final quality would not be what our customers expect. This also encompasses compliance with deadlines and maximum customer satisfaction through communication during and after product implementation.

Our network is considered a sourcing specialist for the management and control of Far East production and compliance with the European product and packaging regulations. Bringing marketable products to market is the goal. No products have been recalled from the market since our founding. We are quite proud of that! Compliance with social standards is not the only aspect that is more important than ever today, and not only for image reasons. The time has finally come for ethical operating practices – this is very important to us! In cooperation with Ulrich Wickert, we are therefore committed to the “Ethics in Business” initiative.
